Hetvi Khimsuriya, an eighth-grade student at a school run by the Municipal Primary Education Committee in Vadodara, has achieved a remarkable feat by securing a place in the India Book of Records for her exceptional freehand painting skills. This mentally challenged girl has brought immense pride to Vadodara and Gujarat as a whole, and her talent was acknowledged and honoured by Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel, who presented her with a certificate and medal.
